Our Story

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana food and culture is instilled in you from birth. I can remember my grandmother cooking the most amazing dishes from the most meager of ingredients. In fact, I remember my friend’s grandparents doing the same thing. Our restaurant has a history spanning over 200 years.

Following my dream, I have found a passion in cooking and bringing enjoyment to others that I wish to pass down to my wonderful children.
