This policy explains what information Tre’Vione’s LLC (“Tre’Vione’s”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use rnatm.com and treviones.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Online orders: your name, email, phone number, billing address, the items you order, your pickup time and any notes you add (such as allergies or spice level).
Payments: card payments are processed by WooPayments (powered by Stripe). Your card number goes directly to the payment processor; we do not see or store full card numbers.
Reservations: your name, email, phone number, party size, date and time, reservation type, catering preference and any message you send.
Accounts: if you create an account, your login details and order history. Staff accounts are used for the Employee Portal.
Website usage: basic visit statistics (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location) collected through Jetpack Stats and WooCommerce Analytics, and security logs used to protect the site.

How we use it

To prepare your order, have it ready at the time you choose, and contact you about it.
To confirm and manage reservations, parties and catering requests.
To send order and reservation emails (receipts, confirmations and updates).
To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting.
To understand how the website is used and keep it secure.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the restaurant and website — our payment processor, our web host, our email provider and the WordPress/Jetpack services that power the site — and when the law requires it.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to remember what’s in your order, keep you logged in, and collect the visit statistics described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but online ordering will not work without them.

Content from other websites

Some pages show content from other services: videos and video thumbnails from YouTube (videos play in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play), a map from Google Maps, and fonts from Google Fonts. These services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Our homepage and News & Events page show our latest Facebook posts; their photos load from Facebook’s image servers, which receive your IP address, but no Facebook login or Facebook cookies are used on our site. Links to our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages take you to those sites.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, and reservation details as long as needed to manage your booking and our records. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing gb@treviones.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Children

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
